Because of the nature of research materials, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been paid.

Before you pay

Please review your order carefully. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us at info@nexorispeptides.com before you send payment. Unpaid orders can be cancelled at no cost.

Shipping issues

Packages are shipped via FedEx. If a package is lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, contact us at info@nexorispeptides.com and we will help you file a claim with FedEx. Any recovery is subject to the carrier's claims process.
