Where we ship
We ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally.
Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed until payment has cleared. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Carrier
All orders ship from California via FedEx. When your order ships, its tracking number appears on your Account page and on the order tracking page.
Transit times
Delivery times are estimated by FedEx and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier volume, and other factors outside our control can cause delays.
Shipping cost
Shipping costs are shown in your cart before you place your order.
Your address
Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us at info@nexorispeptides.com before your order ships.
Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
Once a package has been handed to FedEx, it is in the carrier's care. If a package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, contact us at info@nexorispeptides.com and we will help you open a claim with FedEx. See our Refund Policy for more details.
